I am an ex ways of working enablement specialist and currently working for the FCA as a Tech Delivery CoP lead. I am interested in ways how you can help organisation to understand that they often need to slow down before they can accelerate, how you effectively limit WiP, prioritise, create space and time for people to step back and look at ways they can improve in an environment where there is no time for anything.
I am also interested in strategies that look at building internal capability in DevOps space.
