Despite being a tech-driven organization, some teams are much faster in adopting technology and process improvements than other teams.

We support their development. But we also want to make sure that those teams which can’t keep this pace also benefit from these improvements and are not left behind. We explicitly chose not to apply the two-speed IT paradigm. On the technical level, interdependencies between the corresponding application can be limiting for both parties.

I will introduce patterns that we apply in our organization to deal with these situations. They include technical measures, organizational measures, and ways to share knowledge. It is important for us that people are confident about their way forward. Yet, of course, we face some challenges.
