NatWest Group (Formally RBS) is the largest business and commercial bank in the UK. It offers market-leading digital capabilities combined with expert human support for personal customers. And it provides banking services for around one in four businesses in the UK and Ireland.

NatWest last presented at DevOps Enterprise Summit 2019, "Our Heroes' Journey to Agility". The journey continues today as Agile and DevOps principles and practices are adopted to improve productivity, creativity and competitive advantage.

When NatWest’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team couldn’t keep pace with demand for application onboarding, automated and self-service capabilities were established. It transformed IAM into a critical enabler for digital innovation at the bank.

At DevOps Enterprise Summit, we would like to share our journey, the challenge, pitfalls, successes and opportunities so that others can learn from us and so that we may benefit from wider industry experience in the Identity and Access Management domain.
