Josh is Senior Director of Service Management at Duck Creek Technologies.

In his role - which reports outside of the technology organization - Josh has overall responsibility for client's successfully using Duck Creek solutions. This includes a heavy focus on moving from "almost sold" to "live in production".

On a day to day basis, Josh works with external clients, customer success agents, technical provisioning teams, and technical architects.
